Transaction Management Support with English or Spanish
A person in the position of Transaction Management Support will be focussed on lease contract drafting, account efficiency, client reporting, governance and approval process. Previous real estate transaction experience would be an advantage.

Description
- Collaborating with client's Business Units as required
- Taking direction from client's regarding existing or future internal sublease
contracts - Drafting internal sublease contracts based on direction from clients
- Coordinating and tracking signed contract documentation and other project related documents
- Updating database as required
- Preparing different reports
- Supporting the Transaction Manager in business unit and project specific conference calls
- Supporting the related needs of client's internal departments including legal, environmental, finance, and international operational teams
- Build and maintain relations with internal and external Clients
- Performing other services from time to time specifically related to the Transaction Support Role
Profile
- Higher education
- Experience in data administration, real estate or data analysis will be an advantage
- Fluent English or Spanish or Portuguese is a must
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and experience in communication with customers and suppliers
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong commitment to quality, orientation to details, decision-making and problem-solving skills
