Transaction / Investment Analyst (Real Estate)

Candidate will be responsible fully for support Head Of Transaction and will report also directly to HQ. Also on every day duties candidate will be fully responsible for analysis of investment proposal, market research, financial models preparation. We are looking for open, communicative, proactive candidate with 2-4 years of relevant work experience, passionate in real estate market - previous real estate experience is really nice to have (in financial controlling or in investment management).

For our Client, an international global investment company (real estate investor), currently we are looking for a candidate on Transaction/ Invest Analyst based in Warsaw.
Description
- Analysis of investment proposals, preparation of the underwriting model and any other materials as per the request of the particular Client
- Provide support to senior transaction professionals
- Support the new investment approval process at all stages (prepare presentations and word documents as per the strict internal guidelines of , prepare investment proposals)
- Support the senior transaction professionals during the acquisition process by coordinating the various advisors, internal personnel and the due diligence process
- Prepare historical performance models
- Prepare presentations and word documents
- Assist in the preparation of the divestment data room and help with the co-ordination of the due diligence process
- Work closely with the Asset Management Department, the Finance Department and the Research Department when preparing investment proposals and internal documents
Profile
- Master degree (or equivalent) in Economics, Finance or Investment Management
- Previous experience in the real estate industry is not a must but is preferred
- 2-4 years of relevant work experience
- Strong analytic skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Strong organisational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to interact with senior executives
- Business-driven personality
- Attention to detail
