Do you want to develop as a Transaction Analyst in top-tier real estate company? If yes, we are looking for you. For our client, leading real estate company we are currently looking for Transaction Analyst who is willing to work in Warsaw, Poland.
As Transaction Analyst you will analyse investment proposals, create financial models, deal with due diligence process and work closely with asset management department, finance department and research department.
Your typical tasks would include: provide support to senior transaction professionals, analysis of investment proposals, preparation of the underwriting model and any other materials as per the request of the particular Client (Funds or Separate Account Clients), support the new investment approval process at all stages: Insert the investment opportunities into the internal system, prepare presentations and word documents as per the strict internal guidelines, prepare investment proposals, support the senior transaction professionals during the acquisition process by coordinating the various advisors, internal personnel and the due diligence process, support the divestment process at all stages: prepare historical performance models; prepare presentations and word documents as per the strict internal guidelines, assist in the preparation of the divestment data room and help with the co-ordination of the due diligence process.
We are looking for Transaction Analyst with at least 2-4 years experience in Analysis, Investment Banking transactions, M&A, Finance or BIG4 transactions (Real Estate area preferred), strong Excel and PowerPoint skills (Excel perfect in functions and building financial models, analysing large sets of data), Master degree in Economics, Finance or Investment Management, strong analytical skills and business awareness, excellent oral and written communication skills in English, strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills.
