Total Rewards Analyst
In the position of Total Rewards Specialist with Russian you will be responsible for the coordination of delivery of Compensation, Benefits, Time & Attendance and Pre-payroll services for Russian speaking entities. Client Details
Our Client, a world-wide known brand from the FMCG sector is looking for a candidate with Total Rewards knowledge to their HR Hub. Their international structures are located in the Warsaw City Center.
Description
- Being SME in compensation: preparing, reviewing and approving company offer tool for package for new hires, initiating packages for in-place changes (promotion, lateral move, etc.), providing advice/suggestion on the offer package, ensuring the Company policies and guidelines are followed
- Managing the contract renewal processes for all regional benefit programs (i.e. Captive Program where applicable)
- Supporting the monthly payroll cycle
- Ensuring accurate and timely change to employee data, work schedules and leave balances Supporting the implementation of annual rewards management cycle, off-cycle compensation process and implementation of global and local annual incentive/bonus plans
- Updating the information on communication channels (i.e. Employee Self Service, Manager Center, SOPs, Job Aids)
- Handling inquiries and providing support to internal stakeholders from Russian speaking countries
- Supporting severance calculations, collecting and interpreting market data, reducing cost of benefit programs and other ad-hoc urgent activities in a cooperation with the Total Rewards Consultant
- Cooperating with benefit vendors
- Providing training for junior team members
- Performing due diligence
- Preparing analysis and reports
- Auditing data in the Workday system during the merit cycle
- Participating in process improvements projects
Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience working in HR Administration, Payroll or HR Operations in the SSC environment
- Knowledge in the Compensation & Benefits area
- Experience in vendor management and benefits programs
- Fluent in English and Russian
- Very good MS Office and HR tools (Workday) knowledge
- Excellent analytical, communication and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage a relationship with stakeholders and share knowledge with others
- Pro-active approach and problem-solving skills
