Our Client, international financial company located in Kraków, is looking for candidates interested in role of The Quality Assurance Lead.
Your new role
The main duty of successful Candidate will be coordinating and supervising a team of testing engineers (manual and automation). You will work with the internal business areas, lead the team’s daily activities, as well as assist in creating a test strategy and plans. Reporting status of progress will be also part of your duties. In addition, you will assist team with day to day testing and implementation activities.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal Candidate for this position must hold strong experience in QA and team lead role, as well as deep understanding of quality assurance methodologies and philosophies. Experience in test automation and excellent communication skills will be also required on this position. Good English skill is a must.
