Your new role
- Test leader will be planning, monitoring and controlling the testing work,
- scheduling, participating and completing the required test tasks within a project including planning, creating, executing and reporting on the testing within any assigned project
- managing an independent test team to confirm and ensure standards and quality is maintained on every project,
- sharing knowledge and be proactive and flexible,
- recognising when test automation is appropriate and, if it is, they planning the effort, selecting the tools, and ensuring training of the team. The lead may consult with other groups – e.g., programmers – to help them with their testing,
- at the outset of the project, collaborating with the other stakeholders, devising the test objectives, organizational test policies, test strategies and test plans,
- guiding and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites,
- ensuring proper configuration management of the testware produced and traceability of the tests to the test basis,
- scheduling the tests for execution and then they monitor, measure, control and report on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results, adapting the test plan and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.
What you'll need to succeed
- at least 1 year of experience on similar position
- familiarity with automation testing and willingness to develop in this field
- Jira, Zephyr, Jenkins, Confluence, Hybris, Scrum
- fluency in English
