Test Automation Engineer

We are looking for skilled individuals for the Global Technology Center in Kapelanka / Kraków to work as Senior Test Automation Engineers for Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), which is part of the Global Standards & Compliance area. Its end-state vision includes a cutting edge big data technology and analytics platform supporting a global network of Financial Intelligence Units (FIUs). FIU combines automated and non-technical intelligence gathering & assessment capabilities in order to build the deepest possible view of any given client, and determine the nature & severity of any financial crime risks.
Key Accountabilities:
Create and develop automated test scripts in cooperation with developers and business user, using one of our automation tool,
Expand existing automated test suites
Develop automation tool framework in order to reach business needs,
Validate automated test scripts in cooperation with business users and development teams
Ensure that any issues or risks are addressed in an appropriate manner, escalating them as required.
Requirements:
Professional development experience in Java JSE/JEE min 2 years
Experience in automated testing of IT Systems min. 2 years
Good understanding of concepts such as Continuous Delivery, TDD & BDD
Familiarity with common testing frameworks such as Junit, TestNG and test automation tools such as Protractor, Selenium, Cucumber
Experience with build tools such as Ant, Maven, Gradle, SBT, etc.
Experience with using GIT
Autonomy, communication skills, ability to maintain good relationship with other teams,
Ability to speak and understand of English is essential,
Familiarity/experience in working in Agile teams (SCRUM)
Any previous experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Ruby) will be an advantage but not a must.
