Test Analyst (UAT)
Warsaw
Job Duties:
As a User Acceptance Test Analyst, provide testing expertise to large and complex change projects and initiatives for all projects within CRO:
- Analyse requirements to determine test scenarios
- Define test cases with detailed steps, traceability to requirements.
- Liaising with other project team members of the project such as PM, BA, IT Analysts, Developers, and End Users
- Working with end users to gather testable use cases and gain feedback on test cases and test execution
- Execution of UAT test cases and creation of data quality issues and defects for any faults found in the functionality and data sets under test
- Championing good test management practices, and adhering to the agreed UAT Test Strategy, test plan and exit/entry criteria as mandated by the project test lead
- Providing test management assistance including metrics, test / defect reports and running any necessary UAT status update calls as required by the project test lead
Experience:
- 2 – 3 years in an investment banking domain (including knowledge and experience of the project lifecycle & excellent stakeholder management).
- Strong UAT testing experience of data, processes, workflow and reporting:
- - Recent hands-on test case preparation and execution experience.
- - Good understanding of business analysis and data analysis.
- - Software Testing qualifications e.g. ISEB, ISTQB.
- - Good working knowledge of SQL and using it to support testing.
- Knowledge of financial products and relevant regulation.
- Post graduate degree/diploma from a reputed institute in the field of Finance / Maths / Technology
