Our Client is an international retail developer. Due to construction of a shopping mall in Russia we are looking for a Tenant’s Coordinator.
Reporting to the Project Manager you will be responsible for the technical documentation and standard agreements for cost compensations (work executed, power, water, security). Tenants Coordinator will also participate in weekly coordination meetings with the project management team. Will be also responsible for the fit – out design analysis in case of tenant’s design approve with the developer standards and will assist tenants with application to the relevant authorities for approvals (fire safety, sanitation, kitchen technology). One of the most important duties is to monitor a progress in line with the agreed schedule to meet common opening date.
The successful Candidate will have minimum 2 years professional experience on the same function or (junior) project manager. Will have a technical education. The relevant candidate must have the ability to work in a multinational environment and integrate in an already established team. Essentials on this position also are good social skills, stress resistant and multitasking ability. The successful Candidate will have a good command of English and Russianand is willing to travel frequently.
