Within HP CMS practice (Communications & Media Solutions), we are looking for a Senior Business Consultant with deep experience of Telco BSS/OSS/Network environment with special attention to: BSS (CRM - preferred, Billing, Order Management, Product Catalogue, Campaign Management), OSS (whole spectrum of Service Fulfillment and Service Assurance), Network solutions (Value Added Services, HLR/HSS).

The immediate role of a successful candidate will be to join CMR project for one of leading Polish Telco operators run by HP, and in the future may also include presale support during RFI, RFP, RFQ.

In more details role is as follows:

• Analyze complex As-Is environment of Telco operator to design and model To-Be business architecture in BSS/CRM space, and constructs the overall transformational roadmap

• Analyze and gather business and technical requirements for BSS/OSS/Network related projects

• Model To-Be business processes and architecture based on reference models, HP experience from other projects, and industry best practices

• Builds strong rapport with clients creating respect and trust, leading to new relationships and opportunities

• Engages in peer-to-peer dialogue with clients about their industry and their situation - client is typically a senior level manager

• Develop Management of Change (MOC) work streams and lead the implementation of MOC activities acting as the change consultant for the client

• Proposes solutions, addressing client business issues and objectives using a combination of HP standardized and customized services

• Shapes and influences client attitudes to outcomes and key benefits for both the client and HP

• Assures that correct team is assembled for the engagement

• Contributes to industry wide external events and communities as a speaker or writer

Education and Experience Required:

• Telco Industry experience of 5 to 10 years

• BSS/OSS/Network solutions analysis, design and implementation experience of 3 to 5 years, CRM preferred

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Knowledge and Skills Required:

• Proven experience in analyzing complex Telco legacy environment, and making strategic directions decisions for To-Be business architecture

• Understands how to construct and gain agreement for business cases

• Capable to selects appropriate tools available to develop and validate business cases including lifetime costing

• Good knowledge of Telco standards and reference models (e.g. eTOM, SID, BPMN)

• Deep knowledge of IT and business standards and best practices in CRM area and how to apply them appropriately in solutions (e.g. UML)

• Ability to understand the customer's business problem, need, or opportunity and to design business solution that appropriately addresses it

• Exhibits authoritative business and financial acumen to develop meaningful business or operational recommendations

• Experienced with methods for supporting innovation and change across the organization

• Able to approach problems in a rational manner using sound strategies that ensure comprehensive understanding and effective resolution

• Very good command of English and fluent Polish, additional European/CEE language will be strong asset

• Able and willing to travel on the job in Europe/CEE region
