Join a small but rapidly expanding team who are supporting the company adopting new software.
Your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to understand the software before the bugs have even been ironed out. You’ll ask challenging questions like “What will users do different with this change?”, “What is their ‘why’?” and “How do we build on the current learning architecture, and prevent it from becoming overwhelming?”.
What's the job about?
The team is developing a business oriented application for Google. We are working on new versions, pushing the customer experiences to a new level and expanding to different platforms. We need someone who will help and influence people to use software wisely, effectively and with fun.
Who are we looking for?
Someone who understands that in-person classrooms are no longer the only way, and rarely the best way. Someone who is able to ask senior stakeholders challenging questions such as “What are the core values and processes you want your teams to adopt?”. Finally someone who is able to juggle the stakeholder needs, the contribution of many experts, whilst keeping everyone focused on the deadline.
The learning technology landscape moves fast, and you can not only keep up, but influence the direction, forecasting team trends before they gain traction, such as the increase popularity of video, a shift towards mobile, or away from Shockwave Flash. This is a ‘human learning’ role, which makes it stand out in a business with a key focus on machine learning. Think psychology and sociology, rather than computer science.
We seek for experts with experience in the commercial sector, ideally in a high technology industry and in roles such as Training, Learning, Instructional Design or Technical Writing. If you are hands on with the development of articles, diagrams, annotated screenshots, animated gifs, screencasts (including narration) software simulations and multiple choice question assessments, this might be you. Being at ease with editing knowledge bases, on-line courses and content managements systems and feeling comfortable with tweaking code such as HTML, XML and JavaScript will help you for sure on this position.
Our content is in American English, and you will produce content that will be experienced globally so definitely we need someone with perfect English

Salary rates: 10 000 – 15 000 PLN gross/month (depending on the assessment of the technical level during recruitment process)

- Analyze - Discuss requirements with stakeholders: 30% of time
- Design - Create scripts/storyboards in collaboration with experts: 20% of time
- Development - Create prototypes and content. Software includes online text editor, Techsmith Camtasia Studio, Google Drive, Google Drawings and Google Sheets: 40% of time
- Implement - Publish content into Google Drive, and Content Management System: 5% of time
- Evaluate - Provide results of assessment and completion to stakeholders:5% of time
