Our Client is a global leader in Oil&Gas industry - Maersk Drilling. Maersk owns 24 rigs across the globe. It’s a market leader in harsh environment and deepwater drilling, with one of the youngest and most advanced fleets in the industry. Maersk has just opened a new office in centre of Gdańsk. We are looking for a person to hold the position of Technical Trainer to join this exciting company.
Your new role
As a Technical Trainer you will be responsible for planning and providing classroom training sessions onshore for crew members selected for onshore technical trainings, deliver IFS and other technical trainings offshore when new solutions are being rolled out, deliver support in IFS mobility in relation to roll out and implementation. Additionally, you will be the link between the offshore way of working and the BPOs in order to help improve processes and functionality in IFS, support BPOs in keeping training material up to date.
Our requirements
To be the best Candidate for this position you need to have excellent communication skills to communicate efficiently with all levels of the organization, fluent English and BA of Science in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, IT. We are looking for driven individuals who take initiative when potential improvements are identified. You need to be flexible to travel offshore (to rigs worldwide).
