As a part of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support to our client’s customers on our Enterprise Mobility Management products and services as well as several other enterprise technologies. Technical Support Analysts are competent, and possess intermediate to advance level knowledge of enterprise technologies, protocols and platforms;
- Responding to situations where client’s IT Admins and/or first-line product support teams have failed to isolate or fix problems in malfunctioning product or software;
- Providing troubleshooting of issues and reports design, reliability and maintenance problems or bugs to the escalation or Senior Analysts team and/or design engineering/software engineering.
You will be a good match if you have:
- Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with at least one of the following and how it functions (Exchange experience is preferred):
- Windows 2008/2012 Server
- Windows XP/7/8,10
- Lotus Domino Server
- Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013
- Microsoft Outlook
- Apple OS/X environment, Apple sync services
- Strong sense of professionalism, demonstrated diplomacy and leadership, with an ability to think "outside the box"
- Proven application of sound troubleshooting strategy under conditions of critical severity with enterprise customers and/or mission critical organization
- Problem solving skills and must be capable of working effectively at a technical level with internal partners
- Excellent comprehension and communication skills
