Opis stanowiska pracy

The Network Operations Centre (NOC) serves as the first line of defense for all of our Gaming platforms and integrations. As a NOC engineer you will interact frequently with Customer Support, 3rd Line Support teams and 3rd party providers, therefore having effective written and verbal communication skills are important. You will be the single point of contact for handling and monitoring PlayCherry's infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• 24x7 proactive monitoring and support of the live and pre-production infrastructure
• Investigate and react to any live issues that might arise
• Identify and escalate critical incidents with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
• Prioritize work and set expectations for all incidents and requests.
• Prepare and take part in the periodic release of new software
• Act as an escalation point for issues flagged by customer support
• Influence the design and implementation of new setups
• Provide effective, efficient and knowledgeable customer service and solutions to our customers (both external and internal)

Wymagania

Required:

• Pursuing or have obtained a degree/education in Computer Technology or related field
• Basic knowledge of and experience in using and troubleshooting Windows 7, Office 2010, SharePoint, Adobe, Dell hardware, peripheral devices, and Apple devices
• Basic knowledge and experience in using and troubleshooting mobile devices such as iPads & iPhones
• Basic knowledge and experience using and troubleshooting network connectivity (wired and wireless) for both home and office

Preferred:

• Certifications such as MCP, MTA, HDI-HDA, ITIL Foundations, CompTIA A+, LPIC
• Experience in a corporate Help Desk, call center and/or customer service environment
• Basic knowledge of ITIL concepts and processes
