Technical Support Engineer with Java (salary up to 10k PLN net)

Do you have min. 3 years of experience working as a technical support specialist (2nd/3rd Level)?
You don't have to be an expert, what matters more is your willingness to develop. The team you will be working in specializes in electronic security systems, so you will have an additional opportunity to get hands-on experience in cryptography.

Everyday tasks:
- Troubleshooting, debugging, analysing and coordinating customer support cases,
- Being a bridge between the customer and the development team,
- Helping customers with issues related to hardware, software, firmware,
- Working with an electromechanical locking system,
- Training and visiting customers might also be one of the tasks.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in technical support,
- Basic knowledge of Java (Java syntax, how to compile and run Java),
- Experience with application servers (eg. Apache, Tomcat),
- Understanding of relational databases (Oracle, SQL),
- Advanced knowledge of Linux operating systems,
- Communication skills in English, both written and verbal are crucial, as you will support not only local, but international clients as well.
