Technical Solution Manager (ITS)
Our Clients provides services to civil security. To its new open office in Warsaw we are looking for Technical Solution Manager.

- Proposal and design of technical solutions, specification of customer demand,
- Participation in technical meetings with customers, workshops, negotiations,
- Networking, focus on customer care and relationship,
- Presentation of the solutions for customers,
- Responsibility for the technical part of offerings including needed administration and finalization,
- Planning and preparation of customers bids, tests and securing of needed approvals,
- Responsibility for technical documentation and technical sub deliveries,
- Pro-active overview about new products and technologies, ongoing knowledge improvement of company’s products, participation in available workshops and courses, continuous broadening of technical know-how,
- Responsibility for finalizing of projects - including the realization phase.
- Product and technical solutions and customization due to customer needs and demand,
- Preparation of bids and offerings,
- Networking, searching for new business opportunities,
- Cooperation with business units in order to define suitable customer solutions,
- Co-ordination of installation, sub deliveries and final acceptance on customer side.
To fulfill that task successfully, you should have:
- Experience in creation and design of technical solutions for INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEM,
- University degree in Engineering,
- Good analytic skills,
- Excellent skills in the English (oral and written), English is required to communicate with an English speaking manager,
- Experience in giving technical support on a high level, negotiations with customers and ability to understand customer needs,
- Good team player with an open attitude, socially competent and having the ability to acquire other cultures’ approaches and values, pro-active interest and gathering information about new products and technologies within assigned branch of business.
