For our client, an international IT Company, we are currently looking for a Technical Service Coordinator for Azure Active Directory and Office 365.
Your new role
The team Active Directory & Mail takes care for Active Directory, Domain name services, distributed file system, public key infrastructure and windows specific protocols. Works with tools to automate Active Directory and Exchange administration like share creation and access privileges. Deals with mail services including solutions for encryption, spam control, virus protection and exchange for Internal Mail within the Company, external mail via Internet The teams also conducts hybrid operations of Office 365 including Azure Active Directory connect and securing access to Office 365 related data.
You will be a solution designer for directories and e-mail services including Office 365 needed in the Company and improvements of the current landscape. On this position you will be responsible for design and improvement of Authentication and Authorisation solution for internal and cloud solutions (i.e. Office 365). Your duty will be to monitor any service provided by Office 365 and also lead and control internal and external resources (i.e. Microsoft) regarding Office 365 services. As a Technical Coordinator you will be first technical contact for Service Management, application operation and all other IT departments for Active Directory Azure Active Directory and Office 365 architecture.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed on this position you need to have advanced knowledge in Azure Active Directory Services and good knowledge of Office 365 and Exchange. It would be great if you also had knowledge in technical project management, some programming skills and good knowledge in ITIL and IT security,
Good knowledge of English language is must have as you will communicate international on daily basis.
