Right now we are looking for a Technical Recruiter who will join the team in Gdańsk
You responsibilities:

Work with the respective Hiring Managers in understanding the business plan and job requirements.

Responsible for end to end recruitment - tracking, sourcing and fulfilling hiring demands

Working with different sourcing channels (University Hiring, Employee Referral, Social networking, Jobsites, Job Fairs etc) to acquire local talent.

Interviewing Candidates and Fixing the Right Compensation

Implement and further develop existing and new recruitment processes
-
Respond to enquiries from managers and employees in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that all advice provided is in line with company procedures and guidelines.

Suitable applicants should have around 3-6 years of progressive recruitment experience with proven track record and experience IT industry in the European markes

Fluent English
-
Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering markets in Europe

Expert knowledge of recruitment focused on digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems and creative sourcing techniques

Ability to engage with stakeholders
-
A good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and Polish employment law.

Solid experience hiring IT skilled resources in Europe specifically Poland.

Experience should cover all aspects of Talent Acquisition – Sourcing, Interviewing, Compensation & Benefits.

Ability to work independently, managing and delivering against the set SLAs and KPIs.

High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Highly customer focused with excellent communication and consultation skills.

Flexible, resilient and adaptable to change.

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
