Technical Project Manager

In the scope of new challenging projects, we are currently looking for a Technical Project Manager, who will work collaboratively with the development team, technical leads and other project managers to ensure the teams complete their assigned projects within time and resource budget while delivering full scope.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and maintenance of detailed project plans
- Manage resource capacity and alignment towards priorities
- Understand project scope and requirements
- Support identification of dependencies between features, and provide that input to plan
- Track progress and completion of activities
- Ensure that team follows standard processes (SW Delivery Methodology -Agile and Waterfall, Release Processes, Code Management, Documentation)
- Ensure that agreed work packages are assigned team members
- Be immediate escalation point for development team members
- Lead a team of technical talent, supporting the resolution of team issues and celebrating the team achievements
- Report project activities progress and status to remaining of management team
Requirements:
- Technical understanding of software development tasks
- Personal organization and ability to prioritize and carry out multiple tasks
- Experience in people management and the ability to lead and influence others
- Working experience managing projects technically is a plus
- Must work effectively in a dynamic development environment within different countries
- Excellent English skills both writing and verbal
- Masters or Bachelors in information technology or administration with a technical background
