For our Client, global information agency, the world's leading source of intelligent information for
businesses and professionals, we are searching forTechnical Lead to join Symbology Team.

Your Main Responsibilities as a Technical Lead will be:managing a team responsible for collection & storage of research content. Team works on a mix of databases, feeds andscripting Microsoft basedtechnology. You would need to understand priority of projectsand interface with key stakeholders. This includes Project Managers, Business Owners, Content Specialists. Team Lead has to articulate technical and non-technical information effectively to multiple audiences and levels and sometimes transfer systems and people across teams.You would need to build and coach a team, providing technical & non-technical guidance.

The ideal candidate should have: Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 years Technical Team Leader experience.Ideally you are educated totechnically oriented Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)with minimum of 2 years experience with Microsoft technologies: SQL server, .Net, C++, C#. Good communication skills, experience in working in a development team, and ability to work with minimum of supervision is highly desirable. You should also have knowledge of XML (and in particular, the integration of XML inside SQL Server).Understanding of Financial Markets is an advantage. Strong organisational, process, analytical and problem-solving skills and expertise in software architecture, multier apps, databases. Decent communication skills, especially in English (written, verbal, interpretive), as the individual will communicate and coordinate with senior development staff. A strong development background that includes the build of complex software in a complex organisation: MSSQL, Oracle, DB Administration, Data Modelling, Scripting languages - task automation is also desirable.
