Opis stanowiska
Area of responsibility:
-
Participate to the on call rotations to provide 24x7 support to the clients in EMEA
-
Investigate and troubleshoot issues reported by clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA Region). The issues are against products delivered: Billing and Customer Care application for the Telecommunication Operators
-
Follow and manage the client relationship (issue tracking, process definition, Service Level Agreement).

Customer facing: interface with customer by phone, e-mail, face to face
-
Application problem analysis, including: reproduction and test issues reported by the clients, problem issue tracking, product installation, Unix scripting, Database troubleshooting (Oracle), On site installation when required, provide pro-active support by resolving known issues, provide expertise to other support engineers on specific technical issues.

Client Management Responsibilities: manage the backlog, define priorities, coordination to meet the contractual Service Level Agreements (SLAs), be the first point of escalation to the client, define / review / improve support processes with the client, plan deliveries with the customers.
Wymagania
Requirements:

Willing to travel across Russia, CIS, Europe and abroad

Must be able to travel to customer sites (all over the world) on short notice

Languages (fluent, written and spoken): English mandatory, Polish mandatory

Good Academic qualifications, Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, mathematics or other technical discipline or 5 years equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. Advanced degree preferred.

Programming language such as C / C++ / Java, Perl or Unix Shell scripting
-
UNIX (HP, SUN, IBM platform) and Windows
-
Relational Database Management Systems (RDBMS) specifically Oracle
-
Web related technologies (Java, Hashmap, XML, DOM, .NET)
-
Signaling SS7/IP networks, GSM and CDMA2000 networks, 2.5 / 3G experience,
-
Level 1 & Level 2 support experience
-
Good Customer handling Skills. Experience of having worked with customers in project implementation or support,
-
3 or more years related engineering experience in Telecom and/or computer industry
