Your new role
As Technical Consultant you and the rest of the Application Operation team will be responsible for the operations of the ASP customer’s bank system, infrastructure and integrations. Your work will include monitoring, batch job handling, software installation and upgrades, interface adjustments and technical support. You will also take part in continuous improvements of the systems, services and processes. As Technical Consultant, you and your team will therefore work on shift to cover the need of handling operational issues in the service provided. You will be able to influence how the 24/7 team will work and how the team can accomplish a stable and effective operation.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you should have minimum bachelor degree in IT, interest in the role as consultant including managed fixed services, knowledge of Microsoft server products. What’s more, previous experience of installing software, setting up customer environments. Knowledge of SQL and experience of databases SQL Server management and coding or scripting experience (PowerShell, SQL scripting) is also required.. Fluent English and good communication skills are also required.
