For our Client, international company founded in Germany, we are currently looking for Candidates for the position of Technical Business Analyst who will join Scrum teams in Kraków.
Your new role
As Technical Business Analyst you will be responsible for capturing and modeling of business requirements using structured methodologies like UML and business process modelling (BPM). You will be defining and analyzing of data, data models and data integration flows. Also, you will collaborate in a multinational product team together with software engineers, database engineers, product owner and business stakeholders. You will be also involved in supporting the product owner and lead engineer with making strategic decisions and prioritization of tasks. It is also required to participate in business trips to Germany as the business stakeholders and Product Owners are mostly there.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you need to possess around 3 years of professional experience as IT/ Technical/System Business Analyst. You need to have technical degree (preferably Computer Science or related field), strong requirements engineering skills with proven ability to visualize and describe models and processes. You must have strong data analysis skills working with SQL (Oracle Database environment). Also, you should be able to dive into technical discussions on architecture and data model level. Due to work in international environment, you need to have fluent English language skills.
