Join our Identity Management team based in Poland. We review, develop and deliver global solutions to maintain or change our IT security with our business counterparts. You'll be working in the Security Engineering team in Identity and Access Management. RESPONSIBILITIES
- determine required IT Security business solutions and assist in implementing them
- conduct requirements-gathering activities, like evaluating services, using a variety of internal and external data and conducting stakeholder interviews
- support the Security engineers by describing the requirements and processes involved
- assist in quality control and project management
- identify people and systems impacted by functional and non-functional requirements
- work closely with business stakeholders responsible for Information Security, as well as various partners within the IT organization
- visualize complex dependencies to facilitate system engineering activities
SKILLS
MUST
- minimum 5 years' of business analysis experience, within IT infrastructure and/or IT security
- Experience within security area
- the ability to translates Stakeholder Requests into Features and Requirements
- knowledge of how to develop robust solutions
- an understanding of the software development lifecycle
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- passionate about supporting the development of IT Security systems and applications
- technically savvy with an appreciation for IT Security capability
- adaptable, able to work across teams and functions
- used to work in a global organization in virtual teams
- ready to share your knowledge with junior Business Analysts
- fluent in English and used to communicate with senior stakeholders
NICE TO HAVE
- an industry best practice qualifications (CBAP, IREP or equivalent)
