Our Client is an international company with its Business Centre located in Krakow. Currently, due to expansion, we are looking for experienced leaderswho will manage newly established teams of Finance Analysis, Controlling, General Ledger and Reporting.
Responsibilities on this positions include operational as well as management tasksand depending on the team they may vary and involve either complex General Ledger operations, financial statements reviewing and submission as well as Reporting (regulatory, statutory, IFRS) or activities related to forecasting, planning and budgeting, ad hoc analysis and performance reporting. You will lead a team consisting of up to 10 people, liaise with various stakeholders and cooperate closely with other departments. Based on the team, there might be the opportunity to take part in a transition process.
We are looking for professionals with at least 1 year of experience in team management and over 4 years of relevant, operational experience within Financial Reporting, Financial Accounting, General Ledger, Finance Analysis or Controlling.SAP experience would be considered as an advantage. We are looking for positive and open-minded leaders with flexible approach and the ability to build relationships and develop the team to achieve the full potential.
