For our Client, well known production company that is currently building SSC in Katowice, we are currently looking for Candidates to join Inside Sales department.
While working at the position of Manager,you will be responsible for managing the inside sales team (up to 10 people). Your job would be to identify and implement improvements in sales and sales coordination process. What is more, you will be responsible for creating reports of Inside Sales representatives activities, all time ensuring that KPIs and customer’s feedback are in the line with company’s policies and standards. Your role would be also connected with benchmarking and work towards recognition from awarding bodies.
Your job would be also to grow the teamso that you will be also responsible for taking part in recruitment for new team members.
We are looking for Candidate with customer service, preferably Inside Sales experienceas well as previous experience in team management. At least Bachelor’s degree and fluency in English are a must. To be successful at this role, you need to have excellent communication skills, flexible and ready for new challenges- Proven track record of implementing change successfully would be an asset.
