For our Client – an international, world-known company, we are looking for experienced managers for a position Team Manager in Shared Service Centres.

Responsibilities:
Managing, reviewing and coordinating projects.
Leading and motivating customer-focused several-dozen teams including remotely located associates,
Providing active support for teams and clients,
Day-to day complex control of relevant metrics, reports and transactions,
Generating information to deliver business value,
Leverage benchmarking to improve efficiency and productivity,
Establishing contacts with EMEA countries,
Daily control of documents,
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience with Business/Accounting/Finance Processes,
Shared service center experience,
Understanding of Procurement principles,
Strong leaderships skills – experience in management,
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail,
Fluent English, additional language will be an asset,
