Currently our client, big international company with a SSC in Cracow, is looking for a German Speaking Team Leader to join administration focused team.
What would be your responsibilities?
Your main responsibility would be to guide and support your subordinates regarding their daily duties and to resolve any problems or issues. Don’t worry you will have the time to learn the process and get to know the company. Also part of the team’s duties revolves around contacting the customers so you will be responsible for keeping up with the standards, both internally designated by the company and dependent on the customer’s satisfaction. Of course all these activities will be subjected to reporting to the managers.
That is why you will need to: know German and English really well (some of you teammates may not be Polish) and have an experience on Team Leader position. Moreover good knowledge of MS Office package will definitely make your job easier.
