Description
We are currently looking for a Team Leader with German. Ideal candidate will have strong managerial and excellent communication skills.
Profile
- Providing supervisory responsibilities for the team including hiring, training, mentoring, employee evaluations, development and corrective actions
- Ensuring that processes and policies are carried out
- Set targets for the team in order to ensure a high quality of work
- Ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in accordance with the performance and service standards as laid down by company payments services
- Personal deal with more complex enquiries in accordance with the internal procedures
- Challenge current methods of service delivery and identify, recommend and implement improvements
- Keep up to date best practices to improve customer satisfaction and reduce costs
Job Offer
- Two or more years management experience within service center (preferably in financial institution)
- Fluency in German and English. Very good Polish language skills
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs
- Experience of analyzing and interpreting data to plan resources effectively
- Ability to motivate and encourage team
- Ability to face issues and maintain positive relationships
