For our Client, a multinational organization specializing in energy management, we are seeking Candidates with good English skills and strong competency in Finnish, who want to develop their career in Sales Support department and join a Shared Service Centre in Warsaw.
Your responsibilities will include:
day to day management of a team of customer care agents, dealing with enquiries to agreed performance standards; coaching and developing team members to ensure excellent customer service, efficiency, additional sales, process compliance and new products implementation. Team Leader will be responsible for Annual Performance Appraisals, Competency Reviews, Salary discussions, Recruitment and Hiring of employees.
We are looking for a Candidate with:
previous experience in Sales Support/ Customer Service/ Order Management/ Accountancy, gained preferably in international environment. Team Management skills and experience are also required, as well as fluency in Finnish and good command of English. Knowledge of SAP system will be a strong asset.
