- Working closely with international development teams
- Managing the local group of developers
- Providing accurate estimates for development work across multiple projects
- Working with Program Management to keep a steady flow of work
- Build effective relationships with the other engineering disciplines of program management
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of software development experience
- Minimum 3-year experience in managing development team
- Excellent C++ skills
- Experience with Web Technologies (HTTP, XHTML, JavaScript)
- Very good interpersonal skills
- Fluent English
