We are looking for a team leader with commercial spirit, proactive attitude and leading abilities to join our team in Katowice.
Team Leader (prospection department)
Miejsce pracy: Katowice
For success in this mission, you need:
Experience in coordinating, training and motivating people / teams - minimum 1 year;
Experience in direct interactions with customers or suppliers;
An advanced level of English (B2 minimum);
Knowing additional languages may be an asset;
Dynamism, flexibility, engagement and transparency;
Knowledge of PC tools: Excel, Word, Internet.
As Team Leader, the main missions will be:
Leading a prospecting team and ensuring the proximity management for a team of 3-5 prospectors;
Coordination, motivation and cheking the results of the team in order to achieve the established targets/objectives;
Ensuring the transfer of tasks to the team members and problem solving interventions;
Developing a positive work environment and ensuring the individual and the team coaching ;
Analyze the results and report them to the management.
