For our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are looking for a candidate who would join new company’s SSC in Tricity on the position of Team Leader in Data Administration.
Your new role
Holding this position you will manage and execute processes enabling the smooth execution of all processes connected to data administration to ensure maximum customer satisfaction is achieved and service levels are met or exceeded for all customer requirements. You will be responsible for the management of queries and tickets resolution. Participating in a transition project may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum 3 years of work experience in Data Administration. What is more, a previous experience in people management is required. Moreover, the ideal Candidate should have supervised at least 5 team members at any one time.
