For our Client, global company providing innovative products and services in B2B, we are looking for a candidate who would join new company’s SSC in Tricity on the position of Team Leader in Billing Department.
Your new role
Holding this position you will be responsible for the supervision and development of the team in the area of customer service. In this role you will need to identify process efficiencies to increase speed, accuracy and value add of transactional processing. You will be responsible for the management of queries and tickets resolution. Participating in a transition project may be required.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will need to have minimum 3 years of work experience in one or more areas of billing. What is more, a previous experience in people management is required. Moreover, the ideal Candidate should have supervised at least 5 team members at any one time.
