Your new rolemeans to:
- Familiarise the team with the affiliates needs, specifications, design targets, the development process, design standards, techniques and tools to support task performance;
- Set clear team goals, delegate tasks and set deadlines;
- Oversee day-to-day operation, monitor team performance and report on metrics;
- Assure that the team addresses all relevant issues within the specifications and various standards;
- Responsible for the performance management and review of the assigned team;
- Point of contact for functional related process issues and updates;
- Intervene when necessary to aid the group in resolving issues;
- Escalate issues which cannot be resolved by the team;
- Ensures balanced workforce planning;
- Mentors, coaches, guide and develop team members to ensure quality of service delivery to clients;
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in Finance and Accounting department with at least 2 year experience in team coordinating
- Previous experience in BPO or SSC companies
- University Degree in Economic Studies or related fields
- Very good communication skills and interpersonal abilities, good organisation skills, ability to prioritise and manage workload
- Good command of English language (written and spoken)
