Team Lead QA
Location: KrakówWe are looking for highly-qualified Team Lead QA to join our testers team. We are starting our project from scratch (2 teams, 15 person). Our development process is based on Agile principles with strong focus on continuous integration.
We are mainly concentrated on test automation (Java 8). Our project is strongly focused on services architecture and orchestration. It is divided into infrastructure and business domain parts.
Your responsibilities:
- Leads test automation team and with developers ensures that software is delivered on time and of the highest quality standards.
- Creates and executes test cases, both automated and manual.
- Prepare reports and documentation updates.
- Technical consulting on automation issues, tools and processes.
- May take part in researching best practices, new tools and technology.
- Develop and executes software test plans.
- Analyze and write test standards and procedures.
- Analyze test results to ensure existing functionality and recommend improvements.
- Contributes to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and partnership.
Skills we require:
- 7+ Years related experience.
- Proven analytical, attention to strategy, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. /English and Polish/
- Strong experience creating and executing detailed manual and automated test cases/scripts, and test plans. Knowledge of testing tools.
- Strong experience with all aspects of testing including Functional, Integration, Regression, Performance, User Acceptance and Penetration Testing.
- Ability to map test cases to business requirements.
- Strong experience in back-end testing, relational databases and developing SQL queries to interact with databases desired.

- Spring, Maven, Git, TeamCity, Elasticsearch/Kibana, TDD.
