We are looking for a person to hold the position GL Team Lead with English to one of the Shared Service Centre which provides finance and accounting services located in Cracow (insourcing).
As a GL TL with English you will be responsible for supervising your team in performing month - end closing activities, handling general ledger activities such as accruals, provisions, revaluations, preparing and approve account reconciliation, maintaining the register of fixed assets, participating in preparation of financial statements, assisting in annual audit preparation, executing accounting analyses and reports as assigned and many more. You will act as SME and perform duties from people management area such as 1-2-1, team meetings and more.
To be the best candidate for this role you will need to have an experience in a similar TL general accounting role, very good knowledge of English, experience in Shared Services for a global company, strong user knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel skills, process orientation and attention to details, very good interpersonal skills.
