Team Coordinator with Dutch
On behalf of my Client, a fast growing Shared Service Center located in Warsaw, we are looking for Team Coordinator with knowledge of Dutch language.
On this position you will be responsible for coordination of team work (50%) including conducting trainings, performance evaluation, solving escalations, manage the workload, setting KPIs etc. as well as some advanced operational tasks (50%). Moreover, you will control clients’ satisfaction, look for some improvements, prepare reports and cooperate with other teams.
We are seeking candidates with professional experience in customer service area and first experience in team management. Knowledge of Dutch and English is required. Previous experience in SAP will be a plus. The candidate should present excellent interpersonal skills as well as positive customer service attitude.
