For our Client, a major global management consultancy, we are looking for a:

Team AssistantMiejsce pracy: Warszawa

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and business support to the assigned team of 3-5 managers and consultants in close co-operation with other assistants
  • Manage calendars on behalf of the team
  • Coordinate travel arrangements 
  • Administer business correspondence and client reports
  • Prepare and reconcile the team members' timesheets
  • Interact with clients regarding administrative issues
  • Conduct research and other business-related activities
  • Assist and attend conferences and meetings
  • Prepare PowerPoint presentations
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Profile:

  • University degree  (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
  • At least two years of secretarial experience in an international business environment
  • Professional fluency in English and Polish
  • High computer literacy, esp. MS Office
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • High ethical standards
