We are looking for a team assistant (m/f/d) for the Sales Fund Initiators department within the Sales & Relationship Management division.
Your areas of responsibility include:
- Providing support services to Sales Managers located in Frankfurt and Luxembourg remotely
- Support on administrative tasks within the Sales Fund Initiators department including sales reporting requirements
- Project management activities as part of complex pitches with multiple internal stakeholders
- Ad-hoc sales-related research activities
- Coordinate preparation of presentation documents with Sales Support team
- Proactive management of any correspondence in both German and English including related follow-up activities and tasks
- Diary management: planning and organising events, arrange conference calls, schedule meetings including preparing conference documents/briefing notes; scheduling and confirming client meetings in German and English
- Coordinate, arrange and book travel for all business trips including expense management
What you offer:
- Apprenticeship or studies in business administration or similar field
- Preferably several years of working experience, ideally in an international environment
- Fluent business English and German
- Excellent MS Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, database and folder systems)
- Experience in working with CRM systems and reporting
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks with high attention to detail
- Very good communication skills in both English and German
- High commitment, flexibility, attention to detail and team player skills
