We are working closely with our client, one of the most respected, innovative and successful financial institutions, where workers ensure the large amount of money and securities are safely exchanged between buyers and sellers from all parts of the globe. We are looking to build and grow their business and the Talent Development Manager will be instrumental in this development.

Talented HR professional who will join their HR Team in Poland, will be responsible for support the line management and employees with a wide range of ‘people’ practices that drive employee engagement and will play a pivotal role in development of our people and organization, provide their line management and employees with the necessary HR advice, guidance and coaching on the people processes, HR procedures and organizational design. As such, you will play an important client facing role within the HR service delivery model towards their internal and external clients. As a Talent Development Manager you will also support line management in implementing strategic HR initiatives on a local level and oversee learning and development activities including training curriculum, you will work closely with the business to identify training needs, analyze priorities for development and create training plans. In addition, you will focus on support the business in Talent Management and Succession Planning processes as well as drive or support strategic business projects and report to the Human Resources Director of the Polish Branch and you will be cooperating closely with the Global Centers of Expertise in HC.

The Desire Candidates for the position should have a generic knowledge about a diversity of HR subjects with the focus on attracting, developing and retaining talents, be customer-service oriented with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to negotiate and influence effectively at all levels. Of the person holding this position, we also expect at least 5 year's experience in working with senior people managers and strong will to manage different demands from different stakeholders as an experience in managing projects with minimal guidance from senior colleagues. We are looking for a worker who will constantly strive to improve the way the team work and excel at everything he do, who will be proficient in English, can prioritize effectively and be able to manage uncertainty and ambiguity. A proven experience as HR Business Partner or Learning & Development Lead is an asset.
