Talent Development Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for implementing Talent Management & Learning Development programs and overseeing the development of careers for several manufacturing plant.
- Sets performance metrics, evaluates productivity, and helps to create long-term career plans within an organization.
- Coordinating HR management processes (annual appraisals, professional interviews, Succession Development Plan-Talent Management Program).
- Contributing the improvement and deployment of Management Development tools within the site for all employees such as annual appraisals, people review, career discussion, Individual Development Plans, Employee Feedback Survey, Well-Being strategy & action plan etc.
- Participating in workshops of Management Development network within the country.
- Be in charge of site Succession Development Plan, developing candidates pools.
- In cooperation with HR network coordinating mobility process for site.
- Taking part in national monthly people review, understand people situation, and anticipate people movement and turnover.
- Is in charge of turn-over follow-up, identify causes and propose corrective action plans for the site.
- Supporting HR managerin defining and coordinating site HR policy, retention program
- Represent site management at employee representatives meetings.
- Provide and analyses of HR reporting
- Conducting trainings for Managers / Supervisors
Skills, Experience and Requirements:
- Master degree required; concentration in psychology or human resources,
- 3-4 years exeperience in a related field ( management employee training and development program ),
- Strong facilitation skills,
- Strong project and process management skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to write company communication,
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and analytical skills to diagnose and propose solutions,
- Balances and prioritizes multiple tasks at one time; strong planning and organizational skills,
- Able to work independently, self-motivated and takes initiative,
- Strong presentation skills,
- Flexibility and willingness for business trips,
