Talent AcquisitionTeam Leader- Kraków
Person on that position willbe responsible for managing delivery team and will make a proactive, strategic business contribution. The role will focus on the achievement of long and short-term goals and seek innovative ways of ensuring optimum performance against the contractual SLA.
You will work closely with clientto contribute to the overall recruitment strategy to meet business needs, will advise on and develop efficient recruitment solutions and ensure effective delivery.
Team Leader willhave overall responsibility for implementing projects and related activities within the required timescale, management and development of the on-site team, providing support in a pro-active fashion in order to achieve realistic goals.
We are looking forcandidate experienced in managing recruitment projects from SSC/BPO area, has good awareness of business, customer and market pressures (demands and implications), has broad knowledge of recruitment management and latest recruitment developments including employment legislation, proven man-management or team-leadership skills, what is more we require fluency in English.
