For our Client located in Warsaw - the international banking services Company, working across some of the world's most dynamic markets – we currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist who will be support for USA market.
On this position you will be responsible for initiating contact with Hiring Managers to establish precise hiring needs, validating job descriptions, proof-reading and correcting copy for job advertisements selecting Pre-Screening Questions for the appropriate selection process, posting job vacancies to internal / external job sites, screening of incoming CV’s, managing record and conduct telephone interview, creating shortlist on system, reviewing interview guides as completed by hiring managers to ensure the content complies with local requirements, providing robust and legally acceptable feedback to candidates which may be spoken or written and will be based upon feedback from hiring manager and creating offer letters.
We are looking for people with strong influencing skills, experience in an international recruitment (experience in banking sector will be a strong asset), ability to direct and shape dialogue with hiring managers and candidates, fluent command in English and people ready to work at specific hours from 12.00 to 20.00 (which is associated with US support)
