It’s a fantastic opportunity to work as a Sourcing Specialist for one of the world's most famous brands (luxury goods, car manufacturers, pharmaceuticals)

The role entails identifying the best talents in the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region by utilising our methodologies that have shaped the industry for over 50 years. In addition to sourcing candidates you will be responsible for assessment and management of the applicants.

Key Accountabilities

  • Identifying and approaching top talents for specific career opportunities in market using various channels and methodologies
  • Executing different headhunting, talent search and networking strategies
  • Market mapping, creating company target lists
  • Creating talent pools and pipelining
  • Maintaining data accuracy and integrity of Futurestep systems

 

Skills & Experience

  •  At least 1- year recruitment experience and hands-on knowledge of sourcing best practices
  • Excellent German or French (knowledge of other languages especially Dutch would be a strong asset)
  • Track record of innovation and creativity
  • Strong business and people acumen
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to effectively prioritize projects and deliverables
