Talent Acquisition Specialist at Mondelēz International
Whether it"s bringing our Employer Brand to life through targeted recruitment advertising channels or driving a talent pool strategy, you will be passionate about delivering a flawless candidate experience, constantly seeking to make improvements and drive efficiency. You will support the talent agenda for full recruitment lifecycle, acting as a key source of expertise for the hiring manager whilst building strong relationships with stakeholders to deliver and problem solve against current and future hiring needs.
In this role you will act as a key partner for Hiring Managers in Central Europe, with a focus on commercial, manufacturing and investment projects area and you will support developing a state-of-the-art Talent Attraction strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Managing the full life cycle recruiting processes for senior and top management roles, from sourcing to offer
- Attracting best talents according to the business needs ensuring we have acces to and connections with the best possible candidates
- Building trust-based partnerships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and equip them with the necessary skills to ensure increased accountability for recruitment
- Proactively searching for possible improvements of existing recruitment processes and systems
Requirements:
- Master degree (Psychology or Human Resources preferred)
- Fluent English
- Solid experience in high volume end-to-end recruiting across a number of different functions
- Significant direct sourcing experience
- Recruitment agency background will be a strong asset
- Excellent communication skills, with the high abilility to build and manage key relationships with multiple and challenging stakeholders
