Your main activities will be:

- Growing business (business development, strengthening relationships with our customers);

- Attending client visits and external events. Representing our company and providing interested parties with your in-depth expertise on the matter.

- Cooperating with customers and candidates on a daily basis.

- Approaching candidates using traditional and alternative sourcing techniques;

- Screening and proceeding with candidates, scheduling interview stages, offer negotiations;

- Briefing roles, examining customers’ needs and negotiating requirements;

- Attending conferences, meet-ups and industry related appointments;

- “making the difference” by implementing your initiatives and ideas ;).

What is required for the position:

- Eagerness to learn and grow in at least one of the IT specializations;

- Proactiveness and stepping “out of the box” attitude;

- Fluency in English;

- Some experience in sales and/or recruitment industry;
