Talent Acquisition Manager

A global financial services company is seeking a professional Manager – Talent Acquisition and Development to join the expanding recruitment team across Europe to develop and implement Recruitment policies across a number of countries including Poland, Germany, Russia and Turkey amongst others.

 

Role Description

Working out of the Warsaw office and reporting to the European Head of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Acquisition Manager will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and line managers throughout the region on all aspects of recruitment, selection and offer processes.

 

Main accountabilities:

• Create and implement innovative recruitment strategies and plans across a number of key markets in Europe in partnership with the HRBP’s and the Regional Management teams in order to attract the best talent into the Company

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle and process from vacancy identification to hiring candidates which will include sourcing, and interviewing candidates using effective interviewing techniques, to conclusion

• Manage stakeholder relationships with hiring managers, candidates, HR Business Partners and third party suppliers many of these will be on a remote basis

• Manage the in-house recruitment system and tools and provide regular reports and information to the Head of Talent for Europe as well as HRBPs and Managers

• Advise and collaborate with the European Sourcer to develop and maintain an active candidate pipeline for strategic positions throughout the region

 

 

Requirements:

• Experience of working in a Pan-European Talent role

• Experience in an in-house Recruitment role

• Creative approach to problem-solving and Strategic planning when it comes to Candidate Attraction

• Open to regular business travel across Europe

• Fluency in English a must, a second European Language would be an advantage

• Team Player

• Some experience in IT Recruitment would be an advantage

• Efficiency and Customer Service
