For our Client, international, recognizable company, we are looking for the person for the position of: Talent Acquisition Manager.
The person on this position will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment processes within EMEA region. The duties on this position includes: building the pipeline of the candidates, sourcing candidates via different channels, e.g. social networking, job postings, employee referrals, etc. to ensure candidate pipeline for open positions; screening and selecting potential employees, conducting F2F and phone interviews, analysing of external factors that impact recruitment processes and education internal staff within recruitment area. In addition the person on this position will cooperate with hiring managers and global HR department, ensuring the staffing plans and candidate pipeline align to meet hiring goals, as well ensuring the compliance of all local hiring laws.
If you have min. 5 years of experience in recruitment area in international environment, experience of working in multiple sectors and multiple functions, experience in conducting international recruitment, fluent English (additional language is an advantage), excellent networking abilities and communication skills - apply now!
