We are currently searching for Team Lead to join our team to be responsible for administrating Tableau / Datamart Servers that are used for Big Data analysis of Business Intelligence platforms for one of the largest leaders of insurance industry. You will manage a team of 5 people.
Tableau/Datamart Team Leader

- Work closely with Project Managers and other members of the Support Team to resolve database and server related issues
- Communicate to the Project Manager with efficiency and accuracy any progress and/or delays
- Making recommendation for maintenance improvements
- Provide root cause analysis for Production related problems
- Incident handling, diagnostic and management of Tableau / Datamart applications
- Full Management of UAT/PROD Tableau Servers and data content for PROD environments as well as Tableau Server maintenance, upgrades
- Quality assessment after imports, requesting corrections
- Monitor the resource consumption and request infrastructure resources
- Work with business partners across Europe & US
- Maintain/update production related documentation
- Understanding the overall architecture and be able to analyse errors and bottlenecks in the components
- Understanding business models and business user requirements, role and importance of the platform
- Understanding technical requirements and self service work mode vs. development lifecycle
- BS in computer science or a related field, or significant equivalent experience
- 2 years minimum experience in Tableau Servers REQUIRED
- 3 years minimum experience in Oracle DBMS and SQL programming, error analysis, optimization
- 2 years minimum experience in MySQL & SQL Administration
- 1 years minimum experience in Data modelling, model optimization
- Self starter with strong self management
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
- ITIL nice to have
- Bash and Python scripting nice to have
- Basic network analysis (connectivity, bandwidth/latency) nice to have
- Fluent English is a must
